Cancellation Policy
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations.
If you reschedule/cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 60% of service. If you no-show to your scheduled appointment, you may be charged 100% of service. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
A non-refundable deposit on select services is required upon booking. You may reschedule an appointment using the same deposit 1 time. Refunds are not given for completed services. I have the right to refuse any service or client.
